NIJISANJI EN announces the debut of three VTubers under the group name “OBSYDIA”

Debut special program & debut single to be released

From NIJISANJI EN: VTuber group OBSYDIA will begin their activities on July 14th, 2021!

NIJISANJI’s English-speaking VTuber project NIJISANJI EN is set to debut their second VTuber group, “OBSYDIA” who will begin their activities on July 14th.  

The members of the VTuber group OBSYDIA are Rosemi Lovelock (ロゼミ ラブロック), Selen Tatsuki (セレン 龍月), and Petra Gurin (ペトラ グリン) who will be debuting simultaneously. Each member’s social media accounts and YouTube channels are planned to begin activities today.

Debut special streaming program information including debut livestream relay!

Celebrating the debut of NIJISANJI EN’s second wave VTuber group OBSYDIA, each member’s first livestreams and their debut single music video will be the main focus of the debut special streaming program: Breaking News! NIJISANJI EN「OBSYDIA」VTuber Debut Special Program | Hosted by LazuLight. The program will be livestreamed on the NIJISANJI English Official YouTube channel on the following date and time:

Saturday, July 17th, 2021 from 7 PM（PDT）
Sunday, July 18th, 2021 from 11 AM（JST）
Sunday, July 18th, 2021 from 2 AM（UTC）

In the debut special program, LazuLight from NIJISANJI EN will participate as the hosts, and will be joined by the three members of “OBSYDIA” after the relay of their individual debut live streams which will be streamed on their respective YouTube channels. Together, they will watch part of the debut song music video during the debut special streaming program.

Celebrating the debut of the VTuber Group “OBSYDIA”, their debut single “Black Out” will be released on various music streaming platforms. The music video will be released on YouTube on the following date and time:

Writer and Producer: TeddyLoid

Profile:
TeddyLoid started his career as MIYAVI’s DJ and sound producer when he was only 18 years old. He grew in popularity rapidly with his production of the OST for the anime “Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt” ft. Taku Takahashi(m-flo) as well as his creation of tracks for the Vocaloid IA. In 2014 he produced the music for the short film “ME!ME!ME!” ft. DAOKO.

He has also been selected as one of the five most played Japanese artists on Spotify in 2016, and released two albums in a row in 2018, “SILENT PLANET. In 2019, he headlined “OTAQUEST KICK OFF”, the eve of “ANIME EXPO”, the largest anime festival in the US. In early 2020, he participated in Shingo Katori’s album “20200101” with the song “Prologue (feat. TeddyLoid & Tanaka)”, which reached No. 1 on the Oricon(Japanese Top Music) chart.

In 2021, he performed as a guest DJ for the Los Angeles Virtual US Tour by virtual artist Kizuna AI, and on April 27, “Ado – Odo”, which he produced with Giga and DECO*27, reached No. 1 on iTunes Japan, and the music video uploaded to YouTube reached one million views within two hours of its posting and surpassed 20 million views three weeks later, making it one of the most memorable works in Internet music history.

He also participated in the 3rd anniversary project “PALETTE” of the virtual liver project “NIJISANJI”, and produced “PALETTE 003 – Virtual Strike (World Edition)” with six versions in Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, and Indonesian languages. TeddyLoid’s activities have been diverse and varied.

He has become a bridge between various music genres and borders.

Despite their looks, Ryushen is of Japanese descent. Their gender is undisclosed. They love to sing and would like to make some friends through live streaming.
