How to send fan letters

  • Letters should be put in a standard sized envelope (or ordinary envelope for letters) and sent to the following address.

Talents you may send letters to

  • Talents currently in NIJISANJI and NIJISANJI EN.
  • * We do not accept fan letters addressed to talents who have graduated or retired.

Items that may be sent

  • Please note that you can only send the specified paper types listed below.
    Please be sure to review both the “Important Notes Regarding Content” and the list of prohibited items, which are detailed below.
  • - Writing paper (up to 5 per fan letter)
    - Postcard (1 per fan letter)
    - Photo paper (up to 3 per fan letter)
    - Message card/board (Limited to fan writing and fan art for the talent only, up to 3 per fan letter)
  • Important Notes Regarding Content
  • * Only a nickname (handle) may be used for your name in fan letters.
      Real names and video platform or social media IDs cannot be used.
    * Writing papers with messages written on both sides will be counted as 2 per paper.
    * Please ensure that neither the sender nor any third parties are visible in the photographs. (Only the sender's own hands will be accepted)
  • Please note that we cannot accept items other than the specified paper types or items falling under any of the following categories for delivery to the talent.
  • * Messages that violate public order and morals, or contain personal information.
    * Postcards or papers with lottery numbers, such as Japanese New Year's postcards or lottery tickets.
    * Photographs printed on paper other than photo paper.
    * Paper with odors, fragrances, etc.
    * Postcards without a handwritten message from the sender.
    * Items in album or booklet format.
    * Pop-up cards, assembly-type cards, origami, or other three-dimensional items.
    * Items containing metal or electronic components.
    * Items exceeding the specified number of sheets.
      Example:
      Enclosing more than 6 sheets of writing paper in one fan letter.
      A 15-page fan letter split into three separate 5-page letters.
    * Any other items considered inappropriate in content or structure by the reception desk.

  • * Please note that a maximum of 5 fan letters can be sent together per envelope.
    * Please ensure that the envelope is within the dimensions of 34 cm in length and 1.5 cm in thickness.
    * Please be sure to write the name of the talent to whom each letter is addressed.
    * Please refrain from bringing letters directly to the office.
    * We are receiving an increasing number of letters from unknown senders and with insufficient charges. Please be sure to check your letter before sending it.
    * Shipments with cash on delivery are not allowed.

    We do not accept large parcels such as cardboard boxes. Please be sure to use an envelope when sending fan letters.

  • A

    You may only include either your first name or your last name.
    Also, please do not write anything that implies your real name or ID and nickname are the same.

  • A

    Yes, you may put your letter in two envelopes to protect the content.
    Please do not use strong adhesive tape or sealing stamps, as the fan letter may be damaged when opened by our staff.

    We will announce further information on our official website.

    With exceptions to projects initiated by talents, the date of delivery cannot be specified.

    We will dispose of the information appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy.

    We do not accept online fan letters in digital form.

    The terms and conditions will start to apply for letters postmarked on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 onwards.
