Anycolor Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this privacy policy") regarding the handing of personal information (information about living individuals that (1) identifies a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other description contained in the information (including information that can be easily checked against other information and thereby identify a specific individual) or (2) contains a personal identification code (herein after referred to as “personal information”)). Unless otherwise specified in this privacy policy, the definitions of terms in this privacy policy are in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act").

  1. Based on the idea that the Company is in a position to show an example for the proper handling of personal information as an entertainment company that contributes to society, we recognize the importance of handling personal information appropriately and have established a personal information protection policy. Our executive officers and employees will work together to comply with this, and will do everything possible to protect personal information and the rights and interests of individuals.
    • 1. When obtaining personal information, we will specify the purpose of use as much as possible and obtain personal information to the extent necessary to achieve that purpose.
    • 2. When personal information is obtained directly from an individual in written form, we will obtain the personal information to the extent necessary after notifying the person of our company name, the personal information protection manager’s name and contact information, purpose of use, etc.
    • 3. We will use personal information within the scope of the purpose of use for which the individual has given consent. In addition, we will establish and implement procedures to take necessary measures to prevent unintended use.
    • 4. We will manage the personal information we have in an appropriate manner and will not disclose or provide it to a third party without the consent of the individual.
    • 5. We will manage the personal information we hold in an accurate and up-to-date manner within the scope needed for the purpose of use, and take reasonable safety measures against the risk of leakage, loss, or damage of personal information so as to prevent and correct such occurrences.
    • 6. When outsourcing the processing of personal information to an external company, we will oblige the company by contract not to leak or provide the information to a third party and will appropriately manage the company we have outsourced the processing to.

    • 8. We will comply with laws and ordinances, guidelines set by the government, and other standards regarding the handling of personal information.
    • 9. We will establish a personal information protection management system, review it regularly, and work to improve it on a continuing basis.

<Handling of personal information>
1. Personal information to be obtained

  1. The Company will obtain the following personal information in order to achieve the purpose stipulated in "2. Purpose of the use of personal information" below.
    • ・Name, address, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth, gender, nationality, ID, password, information about customer behavior on the Company’s website or apps/applications (login history, browsing history, product purchase history, ticket reservation history, etc.), data about Depth API provided by Apple Inc. with permission from the users to recognize their facial expressions within the apps/applications, information automatically obtained when users use the service of VR devices, users’ avatars, user’s voices, videos, and other information necessary to achieve the purpose of use

2. Purpose of the use of personal information

  1. We will obtain personal information by legal and fair means and use it within the scope of the following purposes.

Please note that, if there is a purpose of use that does not fall within the scope of the following purposes for specific personal information, we will use the personal information after obtaining the consent of the person for the purpose of use when the personal information is obtained directly in written form, or use it after an announcement on the purpose of use when it is obtained through other means.

  1. If the information obtained from the customer falls within the scope of personal information, the Company shall not provide the personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the customer. However, this does not apply in the following cases.

  • ② When the disclosure of personal information is requested by a court, public prosecutor's office, police, tax office, or any other organization with similar authority

  1. Links to websites of external business operators may be posted on the Company’s website or services. Personal information registered on external sites is not under the jurisdiction of the Company, so the Company cannot take any responsibility for such information. When registering personal information on an external site, please check the privacy policy of the external site.

6. Use of cookies and other technologies

  1. The Company’s services may use cookies and other similar technologies. These technologies help the Company to better understand the usage status of our services and contribute to the improvement of our services. Customers who wish to disable cookies can do so by changing their web browser settings. However, if you disable cookies, you may not be able to use some functions in our services.

  1. The Company’s website or apps/applications may protect customers’ registration information with their ID and passwords. We ask customers themselves to be responsible for managing their ID and passwords. To ensure the safe use of our services, we ask the customers not to post personal information of other people or themselves on the Company’s website and apps/applications.

8. Updates to privacy policy

  1. The Company may change the contents of this privacy policy. If any change to the contents of this privacy policy involves a change that requires under laws and ordinances to be disclosed to or agreed upon by the customer, the Company will carry out the procedure in accordance with the applicable law or ordinance.

<Request for disclosure, etc. of personal information>

  • ① When the Company receives a request from the individual himself/herself for notification on the purpose of use, disclosure of personal information or records of provision to a third party, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, elimination, or suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "disclosure, etc.") of his/her personal information, the Company will conduct an in-house examination of the personal information and respond without delay.
    • However, we may not be able to carry out the disclosure, etc. depending on the content of the request. In such cases, we will give the reason.
  • ② When making a request for disclosure, etc., please mail the request by post according to the following procedure. We may not be able to accept your request if there are any deficiencies or insufficiencies in the contents of your request.
